My Mom (Renee) and Grandma (Claire) taught me about candy making. I learned to only use the best ingredients and make small batches with love and care. As I grew older, I continued these lessons and added my own. Everyone deserves delicious treats, despite dietary restrictions. To this end, I researched, tested, and developed recipes to accommodate many common food issues. I am proud to say that I can customize almost any confection to your preference.

Mom and Grandma both sadly passed away, but their lessons and love live on.
